Be Creative, a series of mental health workshops based in Leeds needed event posters and flyers creating to promote creativity and mental health. My role was to design a poster and flyers that would best promote both creativity and mental health. The posters represent a brain for mental health, the right side is coloured (the creative side) and the left side is black and grey (the academic side). The colours are also significant because different colours have different positive effects on people with different mental health disorders for example, red promotes energy, strength and motivation for people with depression. Blue promotes peace and relaxation for people with stress and insomnia. Each flyer represents one of these colours that promotes mental health with a brief description on how that colour is beneficial.
